Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the AI brainstorming service "Kabedashi" ("the Service") operated by Ryoya Kobayashi ("the Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is a web application that helps you organize your thinking through AI-powered dialogue. Key features include:

• AI brainstorming (dialogue) sessions
• Real-time issue mapping (mind map) generation
• Session summary generation
• Session history management

1. Account registration is required to use the Service.
2. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
3. You are responsible for managing your account and may not transfer or lend it to others.

1. The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (Light / Pro).
2. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed via credit card through Stripe.
3. Subscriptions renew and charge automatically each month unless cancelled.
4. You can cancel anytime from Settings. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Refunds are not available for the current billing period.

Users must not:

• Violate laws or public order
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
• Engage in unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or scraping
• Resell the Service to third parties for commercial purposes

1. Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Operator.
2. Content you input during sessions remains your property.
3. AI-generated responses and summaries may be freely used by you, but the Operator does not guarantee their accuracy.

1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
2. AI responses are for general informational purposes and should not be used as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
3. The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
4. The Operator will endeavor to notify users of temporary service interruptions but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The Operator may modify or terminate the Service with prior notice. In case of termination, reasonable advance notice will be provided.

The Operator may update these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the Service. Users will be notified of significant changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
